When you get in touch

We receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, location and training requirements. We use them to answer your questions, prepare a quote and arrange training. Please avoid including sensitive personal or medical information in the enquiry form.

We use information needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to deliver agreed training. Our legitimate interests include responding to other business enquiries, keeping appropriate correspondence and protecting the website from abuse.

Services used to handle your information

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security, including the contact form and Turnstile spam protection. Brevo delivers form enquiries to our email inbox. Our website administrator also receives a copy to support enquiry delivery. If you book training, ProTrainings supports booking, online learning and certification; relevant information may also be needed by the awarding organisation for your chosen qualification.

Service providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements. Their notices explain their processing: Cloudflare privacy policy, Brevo privacy policy, Google privacy policy, and the privacy information supplied when you register with ProTrainings.

How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to answer you, follow up on a requested quote or manage a resulting booking. Booking, qualification and financial records may need to be retained longer to meet certification, accounting or legal requirements. Ask Olly about the retention period that applies to your particular records.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and page use. It uses analytics cookies, including cookies with names beginning with _ga. You can manage, block or delete cookies using your browser settings.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated form submissions and processes technical information to protect the enquiry form. When you follow the WhatsApp link, you leave this website and use WhatsApp’s service.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, and request deletion or limits on its use where applicable. You may also have rights to object or receive a portable copy. Contact Olly using the details above. If we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it.
